It’s safe to say that the many folks who came to Woodfordia on the first weekend in June truly found their flow state as they immersed themselves in all that Pranafest had to offer. From the 6 am dance parties by the lake to the ice baths and saunas, 80s fitness fun, yoga and breathwork to dancing around the fires listening to Nahko while sipping on a spiced chai, it was truly beautiful to see so many people connecting with each other and themselves on a deeper level.

Woodfordia was pleased to have the folks from The Flow State Experience, who produce Pranafest, back again for a second year. The connection between their organisers and our own is deepening, with a kind of symbiosis that you often find in nature. And it does feel natural to host this kind of festival on our land.

The festival had six activation spaces (aka venues), 27 artists, 30 facilitators, 10 guest speakers, an array of delicious food stalls and, of course, several wellness stalls along with the ponchos and yoga leggings on offer. Woodfordia had a crew of 143 volunteers that ran the General Store and Lake Gkula Cafe, as well as having Lake Lifesavers, Garbologists, Happy Campers, Site and, of course, the ever-important superheroes, the S-Bend Warriors.

The weather cooperated, the people were activated, and we wish them well as they integrate all they experienced back into their ‘real world’ lives. And we look forward to going with the flow with the Pranafest folks again in the future. Namaste.
