COVID-19 SAFETY ON SITE
Lake Gkula Camping will only go ahead if continues to be safe to do so. If the directions from Qld Health change and we cannot proceed, we will immediately cancel and refund all bookings in full.
To ensure the safety of all our visitors, volunteers, and staff we are adhering to recommended COVID safe measures.
A full refund will be offered when; QLD Health directs the booking holder into a lockdown order, and they are unable to attend; the visitor is attending from interstate and there is a border closure that prevents them from attending; the visitor has symptoms of COVID-19 and they are unable to attend; Woodfordia Inc cancels the camping due to advice from QLD Health; the visitor is directed to isolate by QLD Health during their stay at Lake Gkula Camping. Partial or full refunds will not be offered if the booking holder and/or guests arrive late or leave the campsite early for any reason.
During event: If a visitor becomes symptomatic during their stay, they will immediately contact the Event Manager on-duty, leave Lake Gkula Camping, isolate, and take a COVID test. The booking holder will be required to submit a request for a refund and provide evidence of a PCR or RAT test to be eligible. Refunds are not made if you change your mind; you are unable to attend Lake Gkula Camping due to a change in personal circumstances; due to poor weather before or during their stay. Bookings are not interchangeable; the selected booking is final. Names on bookings can be changed online.
