Upon successful completion of your purchase a confirmation email is sent to your email address with your tickets and receipt attached. You will receive the email from our friends at Checkfront. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders. 

You will then receive a separate welcome email from Woodfordia outlining details of your stay. 

Refunds are not made if you change your mind; you are unable to attend the event due to a change in personal circumstances; due to poor weather before or during your stay. Tickets are not interchangeable, the ticketed event selected is final. Refunds can be offered for medical reasons (COVID or COVID like symptoms), border closure and lockdown orders by QLD Health. Please see our terms & conditions for more information.

Yes. The name on each booking can be changed by the purchaser. Please contact us on 07 5496 1066 to amend the booking name. 

Yes, there is a 3-night minimum for all bookings 

There are no student or pensioner discounts, however, we aim to keep our booking prices as low as possible. We also have a volunteer program in exchange for a ticket. 

No, we do not have payment plans available for Lake Gkula Camping or luxury tent accommodation. 

To register for accessible camping at Lake Gkula Camping you will need to complete an Accessible Camping Registration Form. For more information about our Disability Camping Area please email reception@woodfordia.com or call 07 5496 1066. 

Please note: You may not be able to utilise our accessible facilities if you do not register prior to your arrival. We ask that you submit your forms 2 weeks prior to your arrival date so that we can best cater to your needs. 

Noat this time we are not offering companion tickets for Lake Gkula Camping, however we do for larger events such as Bushtime, The Planting and Woodford Folk Festival. 

No, each campsite is allowed one car and there is no fee. 

Woodfordia Citizenship is an annual membership to access all things Woodfordia. It entitles a member to access the Woodfordia Citizen’s Portal, invitations to Citizen’s Day gatherings and Programme Launch party, and quarterly editions of the Lore Society journal. No, there is no direct shuttle bus from the train station to the site. However, Yellow Cabs Caboolture on 131924 is approx. $85.00-$100 one way. UBER (available via app store) is approx. $53-$65 one way. 

The General Store will accept cash and EFTPOS.  

Spring temperatures are 25 degrees on average, with a chance of wet weather and cool nights. 

No, campsites are not allocated.  We operate on a first-in basis. We have plenty of room for everyone. 

All water on site is potable unless signed otherwise

Yes, there will be groceries and snacks available at the General Store. Oh yes, we almost forgot to mention hot coffee too. 

No, there are no powered campsites. 

Generators are not permitted. 

No, we do have cooking facilities like BBQs available in the campgrounds. 

We do not allow or provide for campfires. This is a high fire risk area. 

No, however the closest dump point is at the Woodford Showgrounds. 5min drive. 

No, for the safety of others and the aquatic plant life, we ask no boats or flotation devices in the Lake.

Yes, however some areas will be off-limits. Helmets must be worn at all times. 

Beautiful and fascinating as always, prepare for mosquitos and ticks. 

We ask that you leave your pets at home unless they are accredited assistance animals. To let us know you’re bringing your Seeing Eye Dog, Mind Dog or other Assistance Animal please complete the Assistance Animal Form. 

Yes, we ask you to keep quiet after 10pm. No amplified music will be allowed after that time and really, we’d rather you bring your instrument to play instead. 

There is no lighting in the camping areas for the best night’s rest and to maximise stargazing opportunities. In short: this means the campgrounds will be DARK, so bring a torch to help you back to the tent. Sturdy shoes will help keep your toes and ankles intact. Amenities blocks have lights. 

BYO alcohol is permitted. 

Yes, you are able to smoke in the campgrounds, we just ask that you are mindful of your neighbours.  

Smoking is not permitted in the Lake Gkula area or around the General Store. 

Please see the friendly team at the General Store to assist you with lost property. 

Yes, our campground has plenty of space, shade and flat surfaces for you to set up your caravan, RV, motorhome or camper trailer. We do not have restrictions on camping space, however ask you to be respectful of your neighbours. 

Yes, they are permitted to enter the campsite for 2hrs and will need to leave their photo I.D at check-in and collect on departure. 

No, there is plenty of room if you have an additional car. 

No, ATM’s are located in Woodford township, 5min drive up the road.
