Bushtime is a multi-day inspired campground experience set amongst 500 acres of bushland at Woodfordia each school holidays, one hour North of Brisbane. Its inspiration draws from the participation and environmental success of The Planting, the arts learning focus of the Woodfordia Artisan Camp series and the diverse and dynamic programming of Woodford Folk Festival.

Whilst Bushtime has been developed in response to the devastating effect of COVID-19 on Woodfordia, it is being developed as an ongoing business which will continue to operate throughout the year.

Bushtime programme and activities include:

  • Concerts each night
  • Citizen science talks and demonstrations
  • Music, circus, yoga and visual arts workshops
  • Swimming in Lake Gkula
  • A few of our favorite food stalls
  • Licensed bars
  • Live music, comedy and cabaret
  • Outdoor cinema
  • General Store and Café
  • Bush walking and Hiking Trails
  • Sacred Labyrinth walk
  • Plus a few surprise delights

Patrons can choose to set up camp and relax with ample space to spread out, nestled under the shady trees or join in on a multitude of exciting self-led activities like bushwalking and bike riding through our diverse and ecological landscape.

The Woodford township is a 5-minute drive from the campgrounds and the Sunshine Coast hinterland in our backyard to explore.

We look forward to welcoming you to Bushtime.
